SPA ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your Spa appointment allowing us to welcome you and prepare you for your WELLNESS JOURNEY.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time. Full price for treatment will still apply.

 
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required and appreciated to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.

NO SHOW for your appointment may affect your future bookings with us.

 

SPA ETIQUETTE

The Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned off.  

Please refrain from suggestive behaviour towards our staff members. Such behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

TREATMENTS

We take pride in the high level of Training and Professionalism our Staff members have acquired. Some Therapists have been accredited with an Instructors Level Certificate.

Eastern massage techniques have been performed as far back as 2nd/3rd century and Acupressure been one of them. As a result some bruising and muscle soreness may occur afterwards.

Each massage treatment has different techniques and pressure. We can advise you of the most suitable massage for your best Wellness results.

Please inform your Therapist if the pressure of the massage is acceptable related to the massage.

All treatment times specified are guidelines only and includes check in and check out.

 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

When making a reservation, please advise us if you are pregnant, or you have any health conditions, allergies or injures that might affect your Wellness treatment. 

Also if your health condition has changed in any way since your last treatment with us.

 

VALUABLES

 Whilst lockers are provided for your convenience, the Management and Staff will not accept responsibility or liability for damage of property or loss of possessions or any injury whatsoever.

PRICE / REFUND POLICY/ VOUCHERS

Treatment packages and Vouchers are non-refundable. Value will still apply.

Prices for Treatments are subject to change without notice.

Voucher value of Treatments are subject to price change and the difference in value is applicable.
